Edgar Perez, attorney from Bufete Juridico de Derechos Humanos, meets with NLG delegation Friday 19th to discuss this past week’s events and upcoming strategies. There is much uncertainty and a climate of fear. Edgar does not go anywhere alone, here he is accompanied by Peace Brigade volunteers. Scorched Earth survivor victims, their attorneys and the judges hearing the trial are all being accompanied by international solidarity, embassies and official security guards.
